Welcome! By booking with AG Skin & Laser, you agree to our Terms & Conditions, which keep everything clear and fair for everyone.

1. Bookings & Deposits

1. A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
2. Confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

1. Please give 7 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
2. You can reschedule once using the same deposit.
3. Deposits are non-refundable unless official proof is provided.
4. Late cancellations (<7 days) or no-shows result in loss of deposit.

3. Payments

1. Deposits via bank transfer or booking system.
2. Remaining balance due on appointment day (cash, card, or accepted methods).

4. Arrivals & Late Policy

1. 15 min late = may need to reschedule; deposit is non-refundable.
2. Late arrivals may shorten treatment time.

5. Client Responsibilities

1. Inform us of medical conditions, allergies, or medications.
2. We may refuse treatment if unsafe or unsuitable.
3. Under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

6. Health & Safety

1. We follow strict hygiene & safety standards.
2. Feeling unwell? Please reschedule to protect everyone.

7. Refunds & Complaints

1. Services are non-refundable.
2. Concerns? Contact us immediately; complaints in writing within 7 days.

8. Privacy

1. Client info is confidential and GDPR-compliant.
2. Used only for appointment management & clinic updates.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; significant changes will be communicated.
